ACCAD, along with its partnering departments at Ohio State, expresses deep gratitude for the inspiring visit from artist and animator, Director Ahn Jae-Huun. During a weeklong event at the Wexner Center for the Arts, Director Ahn screened four of his beautifully animated films, produced by his company "Meditation with a Pencil," each filled with warmth, kind-heartedness, and poignant storytelling. Moderator Kyoung Swearingen and interpreter Danielle Pyun facilitated a thoughtful discussion with Director Ahn, delving into his journey as an animator and director. A standout moment of the visit was Director Ahn's personal connection with the audience, as he generously drew and signed portraits at the screening of his film Green Days on September 26, 2024. We sincerely thank Director Ahn for his tireless dedication and for making his visit to Ohio State an enriching and memorable experience.
