Learn to record clean, professional, voice-overs for your projects.

Jean-Yves Münch will lead this 90 minute workshop in the ACCAD Sonic Lab (349B Sullivant Hall).  He will demonstrate how to utilize the Lab software, equipment and environment.  Two evening workshops will be offered on the same topic.  

Jean-Yves will focus on:

  • Vocal microphones and how to use them
  • Mic placement tips
  • Setting up the studio computer for voice recording
  • Reaper and Audacity templates, basic editing and audio sweetening
  • Hardware and software options
  • Practical tricks and tips to get great sound

Whether you are working on animation, games, immersive media or anything else that needs voice work, this session will help you level-up your audio game.
